New Theories List
Hypothesis list, sharing a few of my own hypothesis based on my own research and personal perspectives of what has been released. A few loose theories I have now that we have finally seen female characters is anything but boring.
Sam delivers children who are in the black goo left behind because he is in pergitory trying to give back the lives he had taken in his first life, as payment for what he took. He is is anchored to pucgitory because he is tied to it. Everytime Sam gets close to his goal perhaps he is forced into the global reset of his own personal payback. If he fails, he resets. Perhaps he only gets to keep what he had some how managed to save from being lost, such as the $kwep ling time fall away statement?...
Tardigrades do not reverse time or forward it.... They simply save a small part of the way it currently is. The woman who has fragile on her needs to go to the city because she helps deliver babies from those who have the misfortune if birthing them as payment to seed the world with souls. It makes me wonder if the woman who works for fragile didn't fail her own job in life by committing suicide. Perhaps she killed others... And herself or perhaps she killed herself and the man who throws Sam the baby is actually hers.... Maybe he has her child inside of him. I also considered that perhaps she is the child in Sam and is tinkering with time by finding the birther of her own soul and wants to know him like a father or perhaps know his story. I am unsure about this yet. The baby tank days fragile and clearly this woman works for the company who retrieves the babies who are birthed by these men. Also, perhaps the men birthing the children are actually clones forcing men to endure the pain and suffering of labor to end their time in pergatory. Perhaps there is quota they must fill.
On the flip, what if the babies are not theirs and theseen like szm who are being punished with this job like prison workers cleaning the roads....
Perhaps these people birth their next life no matter what their death was and Porters are people being punished for taking lives who are bound to the transitional world to secure a safe delivery to a fragile worker. This fragile worker who protects znd delivers children souls to the living world.
Perhaps something has interest in stopping these lives from being seeded, perhsps because stopping the sending of humans would allow another creature to take control.... Perhaps again such as Lucifer and if he can stop the life of humans or seed himself he can be reborn. What if demons are the "spawn of satan by interrupting a Porter fom saving a life to seed it before a Porter rebirths it.
Could Kojima be trying to show us the end before the beginning that you are trying to prevent like a story going backwards? Perhaps the child with the messed up eye is indeed a clone or a dark seeded child with Madds Character?
Perhaps the doll still being in the water and reacting to Madds is a sign of exactly how this happens. If a child can be seeded before Time Fall occurs.. aa Porte can be rebirthed with it to carry themselves and the one eyed child is merely foreshadowing that This is exactly what can happen.
Also, both female charcters have gaps in their teeth and perhaps Sam's job was unknowingly to protect his own child's clone pass over by his friend the porter who had already "caught" the child the last time it's host died? Maybe this prticulr child is seeded ND this is why the only two suits you see in game so far that literally seem to organically repond to the environment are the Fragile woman and Mads character. What if this is also the only way that a carrier may seed a soul... Through a fragile delivery person who must be part of both worlds I order to to be part of the life cycle. As in, perhaps everyone is doing their job and the system itself is just scary and harsh and both sides are fighting such as the Bible predicts I order to maintain the balance of life and death.
